Because there seems to be some miscommunication in your earlier posts, what direction do you have your propeller spinning? You need to make sure you are not “pulling” air when you should be “pushing”. Your propeller could be spinning just fine without generating any airflow over the wings. I’d double check this because it sounds like it may be your issue.

The thickest part of the prop should be facing forward whether the prop is in the front or the back of the plane. The front of the prop usually has lettering on it. It is easy to get confused and put the prop on backwards if you have both nose mount and pusher planes. The prop will still push air the right direction if it is on backwards but it will only have about 1/3 the power and it will make a buzzing sound that isn’t heard if it is on correctly.
