Can not get usb to connect with Herelink

Hi every one,I can not get my here link to connect with my computer through the usb,any ideas what I am doing wrong,may thank’s in advance

What version of Windows are you using ?

im using windows 10,ive found downloaded video in the solex/android system and maybe be able to download it

Check device manager. Usually it’s driver issue.
You usually need to install android driver.
