Hi…in my case I got my Switch and an off brand connector alongside 2 game 3D shape controllers around Christmas time. It worked extraordinary until March and afterward out of nowhere neither one of the controllers was reacting in the connector, despite the fact that on the off chance that I select one of the physical fastens on the connector.
can you supply more details? and maybe a photo of your setup?
