Cube Blue Loading Firmware Failure

Hi Everyone,

I have some experience with Cube Orange setup, and now I am trying to setup a Cube Blue but I cannot discover the board on the PC. I had tried different carrier boards, Micro-USB cables, and two PC to install a firmware into this Blue but I keep on having “failed to detect port to upload to (unknown VID/PID or Board String). Please try Disconnect/reconnect and upload while on this screen.” On Device Manger’s USB port, I got “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”.
I wonder if this is due to the Blue not having anything running inside of it, is there a way to flash the firmware via Mission Planner?
NB: I read that some people suggest using STM Programmer, but I don’t want to invest too much time into it yet unless it’s very necessary.

All I can think of is a conflicting COM port, you could try reassigning some serial devices to different COM ports in Windows device manager.
The Cube Blue is basically the same as a Cube Orange.

I don’t use Mission Planner, but I know that every new Pixhawk Cube Orange+ I use will not connect until I upload new firmware to it via QGroundControl. FYI, QGC also allows you to upload Ardupilot.
