Cube orange not outputting signal to ESC or Servos

Using a cube orange with HL V1.1. Have 5V on the output rails from ESC, input from HL is showing in MP and QGCS but not getting output/movement on anything hooked up to servo ports even after arming. Servo outputs 1-4 are default.

Set BRD_DELAY to 10000
Safeties are disabled

Readytosky 40A ESC w/ BEC
Cube Orange
HL 1.1 Airlink and controller.
Sunnysky motor

I think I got it figured out. Thinking the ESCs are just super cheap. Adjusted the min/max PWM to 1000/2000 respectively and was able to calibrate them, seem to be working now.
