Download logs via USB

I have a drone with herelink air unit + herelink controller setup. Usually I take logs of quickly with SD card on the cube but I’ve now encapsulated the drone and can’t do that.

I know it’s possible to download logs wirelessly via QGC → Analyze → Download logs within the herelink. It’s also possible to download logs to a PC connected to the drone via USB and QGroundControl.

However I cannot get micro-USB from herelink controller to drone (Cube USB port) to work with download logs. It never connects in QGroundControl.
Is this supported or how can I get it to work? In my mind it should work out of the box since it is supported on QGroundControl and a USB connection to the cube. Perhaps a missing USB / COM port driver on herelink?

Issue resolved, the problem was a faulty USB port on the herelink.

Solution: Use a USB OTG adapter cable (micro USB with ID pin grounded, pin 4) to connect between herelink controller and flight controller.
