Hi,  
As suggested by Alvin, we post a request for a handover feature for the herelink communication system such that the user community can express its interest in it.  
The idea would be to register herelink rovers to a base-station and then to be able upon entering the coverage area of the base-station to link the rover to it.

We can help with the code to provide such a functionality to the community provided that there is an API we can work with to produce open-source code.

If you are interested by our contribution please let us know and provide pointers such that we can make push request on a code contribution base.
