Hi, I am having issues with the Here+ RTK Base. When I plug it into my PC it does not detect that I have plugged in any device. All of the setup instructions that I have looked at tell me to update the drivers on the base but I can’t do that when I can’t detect on my PC. Is there another step that I am missing or is it defective?
