I was wondering how much delay there is when connecting a usb controller to a laptop (Mission Planner) that’s connected to Herelink’s hot spot? Mission Planner indicates a fair amount of delay, but that documentation is referring to 900 MHz telemetry radios. You’d think the response would be a lot faster with the 2.4 GHz link. I already use a joystick for control of my bathymetry boat, so I can put the Herelink on a 20’ pole for better reception (that fresnel zone is a pain). I thought maybe I’ll try it with a usb simulator radio for my lidar and photogrammetry rig. It goes a lot faster than my boat though, so in tight terrain it could be bad lol.
