Anybody ever heard of the unit melting like this, or what can cause this?
poor quality plastics would be my guess, that looks like it melted in the sun, which probably shouldn’t happen. you didn’t get anything sprayed on it could you have?
As per Facebook, contact your reseller. However, as others have mentioned, this is high temperature plastic, and there is even external heating to cause this.
We will replace it for you however

@John_Easton we will contact CubePilot on Monday. We are placing our next order on Monday too and will ask them to send a replacement puk with that order.
