Here2 GPS Showed Disabled

I am unable to get Here2 GPS working with Cubeorange FC.
QGC shows ‘disabled’ in front of GPS, in both Ardupilot and PX4.

Currently, the GPS is set to I2C mode and I tried connecting it to the GPS1 port as well as I2C port of the FC, but none of them seem to work.

The GPS lights flash with the following pattern:
Red Circle LED: Flashing on/off at regular intervals.
Blue Lights: Fading in/out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try Mission Planner with Ardupilot?
How did you connect the Here2 to both GPS1 and I2C port? They have different pin numbers.
