Hello Everone,
We are facing a pairing issue with some of our Herelink 1.1 devices. Some of the controllers don’t pair with the air unit if we try pairing from around 50 meters. It only pairs if we try from less than 20 meters distance. We tried with multiple controllers but the issue persists. Is there a minimum distance requirement for pairing?
