Looks like the problem is only on QGC
You may try the following things:
Re-calibrate your sticks
Reset your Herelink to factory setting
Re-install the firmware via [fastboot](https://docs.cubepilot.org/user-guides/herelink/herelink-user-guides/upgrading-firmware)

I’ve also had this issue with the Herelink and QGC. Is this something that will be addressed in future firmwares?

Can you try on Solex, to verify if the problem is on Herelink or QGC itself?

It was the wrong throttle orientation which was causing failsafe. Reversing the throttle channel solved my issue.

Thanks for answers anyway.
