I did press update in SOLEX then it downloaded completely but after it asked for installation it shown “Cannot install because the same files name…”. I try to rename the folder but still cannot update. What should I do?
In my case, my Herelink’s OS image was old enough that in-app updates wouldn’t work until I did a factory reset on the Herelink. After that, it worked fine. So that would be my recommendation.
