we have a problem with a Herelink we acquired, it turns off by itself within minutes of turning on sometimes it lasts 1 minute on, sometimes 3 minutes and if we try to turn on the wifi hotspot it turns off immediately,
Could someone advise me what to do?
Possible battery issue on the device.
Have you tried a full factory reset ?
Yes we have, It still doesn’t work
Have you tried re-updating the firmware for Herelink?
