Hex.aero herelink purchase, 16 digit key?

Hi,

I purchased a HereLink when they were first released (~2018) and was never able to get it working at the time. It’s been sitting in my spare parts shelves since. I’m hopeful to give it another go, but cannot perform any updates without the key. I understand that the reseller is the source for acquiring this (I scoured for the box but no joy).

I believe I purchased it through hex.aero, but their email is bouncing back as undeliverable. Does anyone know if they are still around? I may have bought it from Proficnc directly but not sure if that was even possible. It’s all very vague at this point :slight_smile:

@philip Please, is there anyway you can help me resolve this issue? I want to use HereLink very badly, but it has fought me every step of the way.

I have literally purchased 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of Cube products and been involved with Ardupilot since the very beginning. I hate to relegate this unit back to the spare parts pile with my original Fah Pah APM from the early 2000s :slight_smile:
