How do I obtain the product key for my controller. I had it as a spare for years and somewhere along the way the sticker was lost. I emailed my vendor but did not get a response. We are currently on a project and our unit is down until we obtain this key. Thanks in advance for the help!
You need to reach out to your reseller and get a replacement key through them.
