SonyA5100 with Pixhawk Cube

I am using SonyA5100 with Pixhawk cube but all images are blur, what are the settings for camera in aerial mapping

This camera preforms well in AF mode. If you are not using RTK AF is good enough. AF Mode is slower to trigger so I use MF for better geo tagging accuracy. Take a typical pic after you see what settings AF uses switch to MF and use the AF settings.
If your pictures are still blur it may be the camera mount.

There is also an issue with the focus ring, especially as infinity is for focussing beyond Alpha Centauri.
We found the AF just too slow and mucked around with the lens for ages until we ditched the original lens.
Now we get perfectly focused shots every time.
