The relationship between the prop's rotation speed and the multicopter's flight stability and controllability

I am going to design a drone using the Cubepilot Orange.

In this process, I found that there is a difference in the efficiency of various combinations of motors and Props.
I found that the efficiency(g/W) increases when the props of drone rotate slowly among various combinations of the motor and props.
However, if the props of the drone rotate slowly, it will be difficult to control the drone or it will be less stable.
So I want to know what is the relationship between prop’s rotational speed and drone’s flight stability and controllability.

Could anyone explain the relationship between the speed of rotation of props and the flight stability and controllability of drone, Or let me know the documents or papers related to it?
