Hi All,
A colleague of mine is just doing the first time setup of his brand new Herelink.
He enters the correct code (100% sure) but Herelink remains to say “System Updates isn’t responding”. He is connected to the internet.
Any advise or idea?

Maybe the server was offline? Did he try again?
If it does not work I would reflash the unit.
I had similar problems when the internet connection was lost or the registration code was wrong (accidentally used the code of another, already registered unit).

Thanks. Just solved a minute ago. Tried with another Internet connection and it worked immediately. (Although internet is fine in general on the other connection, maybe some weird IP thing or so).

Your Herelink must not have its ip address in range of 192.168.0.x
