Vtol crash in 2nd flight

Hi,
Today I was testing VTOL in Qstabilize and Qloiter mode. First flight works great, then I thought to do hover test and put it in Qloiter mode. It worked great for a couple of minutes and was hovering perfectly, All of a sudden it starts oscillating and got crashed.
Tried to put in the land mode no luck.

Quad plane, Wingspan 2.5m
Prop - 22 inch
PDB - Cube kore + black cube.
Attached the logs, Kindly go through it.

Kindly let me know what went wrong?

Pretty stock params. You need to follow Ardupilot tuning guide and then start working on PIDs.
Also follow Cube safety bullentin.
