Ethernet USB works on air unit. You may try.

I connected Air unit - > OTG - > USB TO LAN - > RASPERYPI
and connected remote unit to pc and run adb
But it does not work
What the purpose of running adb when connecting the controller to computer?
Can you check the ip of raspberry pi when connecting everything?
You should be able to see the devices as long as they are in common network.
