Herelink module is not getting connected i.e. the parameters are not downloading when we connect the device.
We tried to connect by interchanging the antennas but the issue was not resolved.

Are they paired? You may check this from the Herelink Settings App
yes they are paired, we have already taken successful flights and did live streaming too. but all of a sudden we faced connection issue in our own software i.e. AeroGCS (https://download.aeromegh.com/api/files/latest/AeroGCS/herelink-vanilla) and in QGround control too. what could be the issue?
Does it works with Solex?

You may try to reflash the firmware on Herelink in case there are something corrupted

Can you confirm that the LED1 is off while LED2 is on, when everything is set up and powered?
If yes, please contact your reseller for RMA.
both LEDs are ON! what do i do?
That means the the air unit is receiving telemetry data but not sending them out for some reason.

Not every issues can be replicated on our sides. So we do rely on users’ feedback and report to figure out what causes the problem.
