the only thing i can think of is to factory reset the unit, and then try reinstall the app. I asume no other mod’s have been done ot the unit. It seems whatever the issue is, is a system wide issue, and the debug log’s arn’t highlighting what that might be at this point in time.
I performed the factory reset and am still seeing the same problem.
Following the reset I enabled Wifi and ran the update check. It said I am at the latest level (BRU01211104). I then enabled Developer Mode. And Enabled USB debugging. But the attempt to install the sample app is the same.

is it possible to get a copy of the original apk? feel free to PM me with it if you think its more approptiate?
When you say original I assume you mean the original APK that I created and first ran into this issue. If so I can send it to you directly by don’t know how to do it exactly since it is 25M

problem ended up being the usb cable in this scenario.
