Airunit to airunit link: SBUS signal

Hi everyone,

I am using two air-units that communicate together, one being configured as a ground station as documented in Herelink 1.0 AirUnit to AirUnit instruction | CubePilot

The link works like a charm between the Ethernet ports of both modules, however I was hoping to be able to send a SBus signal from the SBus port of the ground unit to the SBus port of the air unit.

I tested feeding the ground unit SBus port with a SBus signal (checked with an oscilloscope), but I do not see any signal coming out the air unit SBus port.

Is the transmission of an SBus signal between two air units supported ?

Or is the SBus port of the air unit always an output even when configured for AirUnit to Airunit setup ?

PS: I finally got it to work, must have been a cabling issue.

However I am still interested in knowing if this setup is officially supported, as the airunit to airunit documentation only talks about the video/data link, not the SBus link.
