I have a herelink HX4-06075 from a customer (it seems to be pre 2022, I think that was mentioned in one of these threads) that is requesting the product key after an update. It is not on the back and my client is unable to contact the reseller for a new (or their old) key.
I verified the time and date is correct and I can put it on a 192.168.x.x subnet for this activation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can post the S/N or any other information that might be needed upon request!
