I have purchased a brand new Herelink v1.1 and I am having issues pairing it with the air unit. I’m always getting the error “Negotiation timed out, try again”.
What I have done so far:
- I have read multiple issues on this forum from people having the same issues. I’ve tried it all out.
- I have updated / loaded the factory firmware the GCS and air unit at least 3 times using the flasher. The Air unit has the firmware AU01230714 and the GCS FRU01240530 initially after factory update and then RU01240301 after system update.
- Turned off wifi while pairing, reset network settings, etc.
- Air unit is powered externally with 12 V.
At this point, I’m not sure what I am probably doing wrong and if the device is just defective. Can someone please help out?
