Hi CubePilot Community,
I recently purchased a new Herelink HD Video Transmission System (V1.1) and I am having trouble registering the system.
I was able to flash the Remote Unit (controller) and Air Unit via usb using the Flasher_win utility (after installing the correct usb driver). The Remote Unit recognizes and connects to my home Wifi and I can enter the Product Key.
However, after I enter the Product Key and press the “Register” button on the Registration screen, the unit gives the following error:
“You wifi has an incompatible ip range. Please try another wifi (192.168.0.18). Cannot register your device. 2024-3-30T16:13:15.434-0400”
The timestamp above appears to match my time in the Eastern Daylight Time Zone which is set in the Remote Unit device settings. I am using a Century Link C4000LZ Dual-Band 2.4/5 GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac router.
I don’t know how to connect to a 192.168.0.18 ip address. Can anyone help?
