I have purchased 4 Cube Orange+ Standard Set which part number is HX4-06222. and I am preparing to deliver to our customer, but our customer needs the Country of Origin(CoC) document and manufacture date document. where can I apply for these two documents?
May I asked for the manufacture date of the below product label that the 2610 is mean production in the 10th week of 2026, is it right?
For the documentation, CubePilot has a Product Certificate section in the official documentation where certificates such as CE and CoC/RoHS for Cube products are usually listed.
One small clarification: “CoC” usually means Certificate of Conformity, while “Country of Origin” is normally referred to as “CoO”. If your customer specifically requires an official Country of Origin certificate or a manufacturing-date confirmation linked to the serial number/batch, the safest approach would be to request this directly from your supplier/reseller or CubePilot, because they can confirm the official batch records.
Regarding the “2610” marking, it does look like it may be a date/batch code, possibly meaning year 2026 and week 10, but I would not treat this as confirmed unless CubePilot or the authorized reseller confirms the label format.
