Hi everyone!
I’m gonna make a new quadcopter with Cube Orange and Here GPS. I would like to add companion computer (Raspberry) to my setup to track some data and add networking skills(Wi-Fi, Ethernet) maybe some video transfer to ground computer. I came up with a software called BlueOS but its mainly for ROVs but also usable for aerial vehicle. I also saw software called Maverick. Do you have any recommendations about companion software? I’m beginner sorry if I’m wrong about anything.
Not sure about the networking side or the feasibility of Raspberry, but Mission Planner is a good quality ground station application for Cube Orange; you can setup/configure the cube and sensors/peripherals, receive and view all kinds of data from your vehicle with telemetry radios, etc. Looks like you can install it on the Raspberry:
