Can you share a log with LOG_DISARMED=1?

HI @Mallikarjun_SE, It seems that the problem was the SCR_ENABLE (Enabling Lua scripts). I Disable it , restart and problem gone. Maybe Cube black cannot handle Lua scripts due to low resources?
Yes. Hard to run scripts with all EKFs enabled. There’s not enough resource to run. If you want to run scripts, then try disabling terrain follow. It will free up some memory.
Or Try Cube orange.
