Cube black to cube orange OSD

I have an issue with my OSD since I changed my flight controller to a Pixhawk Cube orange. I previously had it set up with the cube black and had no issues at all. I wanted the ADSB and a new airframe is the reason I switched also upgrading the ESC’s from Turnigy-30 amp to the Turing Plush-32 series 30 amp ESC, every thing is still the same.

Everything shows on screen for the OSD but it is locked except for the low battery beeping warning and flashing. In mission planner the true voltage shows accurately with no issues. I have checked the cables for the Telemetry 1 and 2, they are both good and connected properly. I uses the monitor for my battery, flight mode’s and most all the information it offers but it doe’s not move or update.

If you are using latest Ardupilot firmware the serial ports default to Mavlink2.
Usually OSD devices use Mavlink1 so you would have to set something like:
SERIAL1_PROTOCOL,1

Thank you for your advice, I was able to resolve the issue.

SERIAL1_BAUD needed to be set at 38 SERIAL2_BAUD ALSO NEEDED TO BE SET TO 38

I also had to change a few other perimeters in SR1 and SR2

Ah yes, many OSD installations don’t request the data, they instead wait to receive it and you need those SR params
