Disarming during mission

Hi,

I have a rover that disarms twice about half way through a mission. I can’t seem to repeat the disarm. Sometimes it will run the survey fine, others it won’t.
I have disabled the safety switch and arm via two switches on the transmitter.

Has anyone seen or heard of this?

Just an update it was not the Cube. I have transmitter arming that during failsafe would drop pwm without realizing it was causing it to disarm.
