DJI E5000 propulsion system compatibility with the Cube

Hi I have a set of DJI E5000 propulsion system motors/ESC combination that are intended to be used with DJI A3 FC
but I am seriously considering instead to use a Pixhawk 2.1 Black Cube are there any incompatibility issues with the E5000 motors that anyone may know

If they are PWM, it’s all good. DJI stuff needs to have the pwm range pre configured…
