This is more of a reminder than anything else..
software changes happen for various reasons, sometimes for critical reasons, sometimes to add features.
Each of our products that has a processor onboard will require some kind of software, this is mostly free and open source, hosted on GitHub and sometimes part of another project.
We cannot emphasise enough how important it is to stay up to date on these matters, if you’re an OEM, read the release notes with each firmware, know what you’re installing and why..
