Is it possible for us to encrypt the cube H7 blue log file? If possible how? For example, if my drone crushed and I don’t want the others to see my flight data and I am also not in the position to take the drone back, I want my flight data to be safe from others.

I don’t think it is possible as the log are generated by the firmware, depends on whether you’re using Ardupilot or PX4.
You may ask on their forum to see if this is possible on their point of view.
