Where as same via trying to upload via USB Direct connection with cube uploading …

check that the serial port for the radio is set to Mavlink 2
Yes its serial port as Mavlink 1 only. I will check with Mavlink2 set .
Difference between them?
Mavlink 2 includes extra functionality for fences and numerous other things
