Georgia Tech RoboJackets Sponsorship Request

Greetings CubePilot Team,

I serve as Project Manager for RoboNav, one of five competitive robotics teams within Georgia Tech’s RoboJackets organization. Each year, RoboNav designs, builds, and operates a Mars-style rover in the University Rover Challenge (URC).

One of our subteams develops a companion drone platform to support the rover with aerial reconnaissance and scouting over the Utah desert. Over the past competition cycle, we achieved major milestones such as autonomous takeoff and waypoint-guided flight, and we are eager to push our system even further. To do so, we are seeking high-quality drone components and would greatly value your support through a sponsorship in the form of supplied or discounted products.

We would appreciate any parts you’d be willing to provide, including GPS modules, airspeed sensors, power distribution boards, Autopilots, or even video and telemetry radios. Any component would go a long way towards improving our drone and its performance at the competition.

In return, we would be proud to recognize CubePilot as a key partner. Your logo would be displayed on our rover and drone, team apparel, and sponsorship webpage. We would also be glad to collaborate on a joint social media post to highlight our partnership and showcase your commitment to advancing student innovation.

For your reference, I’ve linked our 2025–2026 Sponsorship Packet. Additional information can be found on our:

Please let me know if you’d like specific details on CubePilot products we are interested in, or to schedule a brief call to discuss our collaboration.

Best regards,
