We have a pair of Herelink receiver and transmitter units in our labrotary that haven’t been used for about two years, and we have planned to use them for a project about three months ago. This device was purchased about three years ago from a local vendor in Türkiye, KarbonDrone. Since it hadn’t been used for a while, we tried to update its software and were successful. However, they ask for the product key, which we don’t have. The product information on it are as follows:

On July 8th, we opened a ticket on the CubePilot forum and besides requested assistance from the local vendor KarbonDrone. However, almost two months have passed, we haven’t received a response from you. During our conversation with the local dealer Karbondrone, they informed us that they are in constant communication with you, but you haven’t yet shared a serial number for us.
We haven’t been able to use the product we purchased from your local authorized dealer during last two months, despite it being in good working condition, and we haven’t received a response from you regarding this issue. Therefore, we expect you to resolve the issue immediately and please provide us with a valid product key. This issue has rendered the product, which we legally purchased, unusable despite its working order, unusable after an update.
