Hello,
I am looking for help solving Cube Orange+ with mini carrier board not detecting GPS sensors. This is my board: https://www.getfpv.com/hex-cube-orange-mini-set.html and this is the situation:
- GPS: No GPS on Mission Planner.
- I tried Matek 10Q and ReadyToSky M8N sensors,
- Connected them to both GPS1 (serial 3) and GPS2 (serial 4) ports on Cube with no success.
- Wired TX and RX pins correctly. TX->RX and RX->TX.
- I can see external compasses being detected on Mission Planner, but not GPS.
- If I leave Matek outdoors connected to Cube then it eventually gets a lock and start blinking green, but Mission Planner still does not communicate and shows no GPS.
- Cube is powered via USB connected to the computer.
- I tried 500ms boot delay to allow sensors to come online but that did not help.
- I am running Ardupilot V4.5.1.
- Both, GPS1/2 serial ports on the board have 115200 Baud rates and I also tried 9600.
At this point I don’t know how to connect GPS to Cube Orange+ with mini carrier board and not sure if it is usable at all? The only alternative to try is CAN GPS but I don’t have those and I’d rather find a solution to enabling GPS1 / GPS2 ports so they work properly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
