I was able to connect with u-center and I receive data from Here4 in u-center after updating software on Here4.
But still I can’t change configuration of the GNSS receiver. What is more I have lost PPS signal on PPS output of Here4 after the update 
I wanted to connect with u-center to change PPS Pulse lenght and mode
