So here I am. I work for a university in southern Poland and today, a group of students unknowingly tried to update our Herelink and were presented with the activation screen and a request for the product key. The key is unfortunately long gone together with the original packaging. As it is often the case with research institutions, this unit was probably purchased or provided through a complicated mess of partners, sponsors or internal bureaucracy with external funding. Because of that, I am unable to track the original distributor here in Poland and I have no way of obtaining the original code since this controller was purchased way before I started working here. I tried to contact cubepilot directly but I cannot find an e-mail address. I read in some other similar topics that you have to contact the reseller in such a situation but as I’ve explained, I do not know who to reseller was so that’s why I’m asking what could be done in this situation here.
