Herelink Airunit unable to update

So how to update the airunit?

I have 2x available 5g wifi networks, the herelink will join 1 of them ( the other will not even show on the ssid list and will not join). It has internet on the first ssid.

When I press the download firmware button it just shows “Error Downloading File”

How to reslove this?
