Herelink and ViewPro

Good afternoon. Immediately apologize for my english.
Installed the ViewDrone app from ViewPro on Herelink. But I can’t connect to the camera (EAGLE EYE-10IE)
I can do it through the QGroundControl application, but I can’t through ViewDrone. What could be the problem?
