Herelink Blue air unit Ethernet Port Not Working

Hi,

We are currently testing several Herelink Blue units, and we’re experiencing an issue where no network devices are being detected via the Ethernet port.

Here’s what we’ve verified:

  1. The same network devices work correctly on standard (black housing) Herelink units.
  2. When connecting Herelink Blue to a switch, there is no link LED activity.
  3. Connecting Herelink Blue directly to a PC shows no connection.

We tried looking for detailed documentation on the Ethernet configuration (pinout, voltage, etc.) of Herelink Blue, but couldn’t find any. It’s unclear whether it is fully compatible with the black Herelink units.

Questions:

  1. Is Herelink Blue’s Ethernet interface identical to the black version?
  2. Does it require any firmware updates or special settings to enable Ethernet?
  3. What additional information should we provide to help with troubleshooting?
