Herelink Firmware Update Fail - error:no devices/emulators found

Hi All,

Just trying to update the herelink ground unit and keep getting this error.

error:no devices/emulators found

Would anyone have a suggestion on what to try. Many Thanks

Try changing the USB cable, turning your USB connection from charging to file transfer. I hope it helps
