Recently due to some reason our herelink ground unit is not charging through the micro usb port so we decided to open up the unit and check for the problem, turns out we found out the ic which burnt up, marked in the picture
We kindly request you to provide the name or details of the ic so we can get it replaced as the name is not visible on the ic as it is burnt
Also I would like to know what could be the possible reasons for the IC to overload or burn up
