When trying to pair HereLink controller to the air unit it is unable to pair. I have a second controller that is able to pair no problem. However, the controller that I am trying to use for this particular air unit is unable to pair. Wondering if it could be some type of telemetry issue with the controller itself. I have all of the updates for controller and has worked with other air units in the past, but now is unable to pair to any air unit.
Can you check what is the firmware version on controller and air unit?
For air unit, update your unit with console. The version number should show up there.
Both units are up to date and matching, tried flashing both units and still no connection
