We have a Herelink at the company i just started at. We want to use it however we don’t know where it is from how do I get a product key for it?

Sorry, for the late reply it took awhile, I found the person who original got it at the company, apparently the box was opened and the code was got lost from the start. So, it may have never been registered, the sales invoice is definingly lost and I tried and can’t find it. Is it possible to get a code to register the device and make it useable again?

Hello Kelly, I wanted to follow up to see if there have been any updates regarding this case. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate the original invoice or registration information for the HereLink unit, but we are still hoping to make it operational. Could you please advise if it would be possible to issue or recover a registration code for a device that may have never been activated?

That’s not working it is just taking a minute then saying “Cannot register your device”. If we can get this working that would be great.
