HereLink QGC and Solex TX waiting for vehicle connection

Hello,I look around in other post and I’m still not able to find a fix that just occurred. Last week I had no issue with it, and few days ago, it was working and when I was about to take off a gust of wind blow and it was about to tip over and I caught it, Ever since I grabbed it, my controllers say waiting for vehicle connection. I have reset, update firmware in boths air unit and ground, still isn’t connecting. It shows I have paired and shows the radio status under the herelink setting. I connected drone to PC thru mission planner and I can test motors and controller works but I still can’t get it to connect. Is it possible that the UART cable is bad?

have you solved the issue ? I am having the same one and none of the solutions from the previous forum discussions are working

Hi, it seems something like the uart can’t communicate. Check the cable, the pinout, and the settings of the telem port you are connected on the Cube carrier board

I sent mine back to where I ordered it from , and the said that the antenna that was ripped off inside the air unit MAY been the problem, I don’t think it was but they sent a new air unit back and it works with new one

Its been a long time since I’hv had this so I don’t have the option of sending it back and getting a replacement. Unfortunately this is the only device I have and need to make it work.
